Exchange Policy
We want every item you receive to meet your expectations. If you wish to exchange a product, we are happy to assist within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Exchanges can be requested for:
- A different size or style of the same product
- Replacement of items that arrived damaged or defective
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at service@twoattea.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure your replacement arrives safely and elegantly.
Please note: Personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for exchange, due to their bespoke nature.
