These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Two at Tea online store (the “Services”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Orders & Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Two at Tea reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email summarizing the purchase details.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your region, applicable taxes, and shipping destination.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments or approved third-party providers.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.
Shipping fees, delivery times, and any import duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout or communicated during the process.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Two at Tea is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We hope every purchase brings joy and satisfaction.
If this is not the case, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return Policy.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition, including all packaging.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

5. Product Descriptions

We take great care to present our products with accuracy and refinement.
However, slight variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

6. International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside your home country, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in Two at Tea’s product prices unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Two at Tea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our website—including images, text, designs, trademarks, and layout—belongs exclusively to Two at Tea or its licensors.
Use of this material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
