Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are indicated at checkout. International shipments may take longer depending on local customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope every purchase delights you. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Return Policy. Returns must be authorized and items must be in original, unused condition including all original packaging.
Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt for items in original, unused condition. Custom or personalized products are non-exchangeable. Please contact us at service@twoattea.com to initiate an exchange.
