You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@twoattea.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Kindly include your order number, photographs of the item if it is damaged or defective, and a brief description of your concern.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition including all original packaging. Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
