At Two at Tea, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we offer. Each item is carefully designed and produced to ensure a lasting, refined experience.

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product. Should any item arrive defective or not meet our standards, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the matter promptly and with care.

Warranty Period
All products come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition including all original packaging. For full details please refer to our Return Service page.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
